In honor of all veterans and prisoners of war and those missing in action from Korea, this tribute recognizes the 24th Infantry "Victory Division," was designed by Corporal Donald E. Hahn of the 34th and 19th Regiments, and pays tribute to Corporal Mitchell Red Cloud Jr., an American Indian of the 19th Regiment and Medal of Honor recipient, associated with Friendship, Wisconsin, Red Cloud Post 250 of the American Legion, and Adams-Friendship, Wisconsin.
