Mount Caroline Livermore, also called Mount Livermore, is the highest point on Angel Island in San Francisco Bay near Tiburon, California, rising 791 feet and forming the island’s summit within Angel Island State Park. It is named for American conservationist Caroline Sealy Livermore, whose work helped protect Angel Island and secure its designation as a state park, linking the peak to the history of conservation around the bay. The mountain has a temperate climate, with average yearly temperatures around 17 degrees Celsius, warmer conditions in August, cooler weather in December, and about 550 millimetres of annual rainfall.
