Columbia Heights is a summit in northeastern Oregon near Milton-Freewater in Umatilla County. Rising 1,322 feet, or 403 meters, above sea level, it is identified as a local summit rather than a major peak. Its importance is chiefly geographic, as a named height in the landscape near the city.
