In 1923, local townspeople built this church with timbers cut from nearby forests under the supervision of Ben Perry, J.J. Barnhill, and Charles B. Roebuck. Its interior features the original pressed tin ceilings and raised panel doors. Louis A. Mayo was the first pastor.
