Bald Knoll
Nature
Bald Knoll, also called Black Knoll, Buck Knoll, or Corral Knoll, is a cinder cone in Utah and the youngest volcano in the southwestern part of the Paunsaugunt Plateau. Formed from basaltic lava, it preserves a well-defined volcanic crater at its summit. That intact crater makes its volcanic origin especially easy to recognize in the landscape today.
