Grant B. Swift served as manager of the Lenawee County Fair for 23 years, sharing enthusiasm and energy that helped the fair grow phenomenally as it expanded and flourished. His leadership, vision, and passion for the fair business fueled his desire to promote progress for the Lenawee County Fair, and he took great joy in seeing Lenawee County families enjoy the fairgrounds. A devoted supporter of the fair and the wider community, he enriched the lives of those around him through his tireless efforts. He was fair manager from 1980 to 2003 and lived from 1933 to 2006.
