Built in 1891 for Decatur and Kate Dickinson, the Dickinson-Hoesly House was purchased in December 1912 by Marcus and Katherine Hoesly, transferred in March 1932 to their daughter Ann Hoesly, and transferred in March 1985 to their nephew Allan Hoesly, the current owner and grandson of Marcus and Katherine.
