Big Beaver Creek Wildlife Area is a 572-acre protected tract in Dunn County, Wisconsin, managed by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Assembled beginning in 1959, it was created to secure access to Big Beaver Creek, Little Beaver Creek, and nearby wetlands while allowing state-sponsored tamarack timber harvesting. The property includes the main wildlife area and the separate 110-acre Big Beaver Meadow State Natural Area, much of it landlocked and difficult to reach by road. Its wetlands and woodlands support white pine, oaks, sugar maple, and red maple, as well as notable bird species and wildlife, though invasive plants and insects continue to threaten the area.
