Keyger Mountain is an irregular Ozark ridge in southern Missouri that extends across parts of Douglas and Christian counties. Instead of a single distinct summit, it forms a long ridgeline running from east of Keltner to Tigris Peak along Missouri Route 14. Several points rise above 1,650 feet, with its highest elevation reaching 1,703 feet at Painter Benchmark on Route 14. The mountain’s form is defined by nearby creeks and tributaries on all sides, and its ridgeline also links by a narrow ridge to the southern edge of the Springfield Plateau near Dogwood. It is notable as an extended upland ridge rather than an isolated peak.
