Mertell Hill is a summit in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri, rising to 758 feet. It stands between the River aux Vases on the north and Mill Creek on the south, while the community of River aux Vases lies just northeast of the peak along Missouri Route B. The hill is named for the local Mertell family.
