Joseph Hassenforder made the supreme sacrifice, and the boys of Secaucus who served their country in World War I during 1917–1918 were honored by the citizens of Secaucus, New Jersey. Raymond Frank Schopmann, a corporal in the United States Army, was born November 9th, 1949, and became a casualty of the Vietnam War on March 26th, 1968.
