Canoe Landing Prairie State Natural Area is a protected prairie and oak barrens landscape in eastern Eau Claire County, Wisconsin, within the Eau Claire County Forest near the Eau Claire River. Set on gently rolling, sandy uplands, it is especially notable for its Hill's oak barrens and prairie community. The site supports characteristic plant life such as big bluestem, side-oats grama, butterfly weed, blue toadflax, and birdsfoot violet. Wild lupine is particularly significant there because it sustains a population of the endangered Karner blue butterfly, whose caterpillars depend exclusively on that plant for food.
