Dedicated in 1995 by Second Ward, this memorial honors all veterans who have served the country, past, present, and future, and especially those from the Second Ward who answered their country's call in World War II and gave their lives: William H. Altnau, William J. Blanck, James C. Hecker, Elno L. Jacobs, Robert D. Kellett, Kenneth P. Leach, John H. Quinn, Harvey W. Stroup, and Melvin F. Wagner.
