Resting Springs is a historic spring site in Inyo County, California, east of Tecopa. Located in Chicago Valley at the southern end of the Resting Spring Range, it stands at an elevation of 1,762 feet, or 537 meters. In this desert landscape, the site is recognized as a spring and endures primarily as a geographic and historical place name.
