Dingleton Hill Covered Bridge, also called the Cornish Mills Bridge, is a historic wooden covered bridge in Cornish Mills, New Hampshire, carrying Root Hill Road over Mill Brook. Built in 1882 by local builder James Tasker for $812, it is one of the state’s few surviving nineteenth-century covered bridges and remained important enough to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. The single-span King post truss bridge is seventy-nine feet long and still serves as a one-lane crossing. Altered and repaired over time, it underwent major restoration in 1983 and reopened after damage from an overweight school bus in 2016.
