The people of Liberty Borough dedicated this memorial to the honor and glory of the men and women who served in the Armed Forces of their country from 1941 to 1945, and to the perpetual memory of those citizens who gave their lives in defense of liberty and the nation's honor. It lists the names of Liberty Borough's men and women associated with that service and sacrifice, and also remembers the men and women who served in the Korean Conflict and Vietnam Conflict, including Korean Veterans and Vietnam Veterans.
