Grundy County servicemen who gave their lives in the Korean and Vietnam conflicts are remembered by the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion posts of Grundy County. Those who died in the Korean Conflict were Wm. C. Moneyheffer, W. Clayborn Northcutt, John E. Ross, Glenn S. Schoenmann, and Hershel L. Tate. Those who died in the Vietnam Conflict were Marshall Brown, Raymond Eubanks, George E. Henry, Marvin F. Phillips, Glenn H. Rollins, Kenneth Shrum, Reuben C. Williams, and James F. Wise.
