Built in the mid 1880's with beautiful cast iron moldings on the exterior, this building originally housed Hamilton & Scales Drug Store, with a grocery store in the east portion. The 2nd floor was once used as a dentist office in the 1880's and 90's. The town's court rooms were located here before moving across the street in 1912. Over time, the building also housed a photo gallery, a hardware store, café, attorney office and department store.
