The Town of Marbletown dedicated this memorial to the men and women who devotedly served their country in World War I, World War II, the Korean Conflict, Vietnam, Lebanon and Grenada, Panama, and the Persian Gulf. Those named as having died in service are Howard Frame in World War I, and George Bloomer, William K. Briggs, George Cable, Robert K. Carleton, Charles Graham, Charles F. Haupt, Frederick Wilklow, Dennis D. Williams, and Harry Williams in World War II. It also honors those from the Town of Marbletown, New York who served in the Armed Forces of the United States in the Korean Conflict from June 27, 1950 to January 31, 1955, and was dedicated by Town of Marbletown American Legion Post 1512 to all the men and women who served.
