Carroll County honors those who gave their lives in service to America in the Mexican War, the Civil War, the Spanish-American War, World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, and Iraqi Freedom, naming the dead from Carroll County and recognizing all armed forces personnel, past and present, who have served to protect the freedoms cherished by the nation.
