Man Mound Park includes a mound located and platted by W.H. Canfield in 1859. It is 214 feet long and 48 feet wide at the shoulders. The Wisconsin Archeological Society, Sauk County Historical Society, Landmark Committee, and W.F.W.C. are associated with the site in 1908.
