Barss Chapel In The Woods was dedicated to the Glory of God in memory of Mabel Epler Barss, the first dean of Girls School Ohio Area. The site was given by N.E. Ohio Conference Girls School in 1962, and Chapel-In-The-Woods was renewed with joy by the Friends of Les Cunningham in summer 1986.
