Built in 1914 as "Harvey’s Place" by Harvey Egbert, the building housed the Quincy Dairy Store and some slot machines run by Ed Dory during Prohibition. Zola and Plumas "Plumie" Stokes bought the saloon from Egbert in 1947. In 1989, Plumie sold the building to Melody and Bob Zernich. Ancient photos indicate that ECV No. 8 has made it their "offishul" waterin’ hole.
