Watson Settlement Bridge was a covered bridge in eastern Littleton, Maine, carrying Framingham Road over the Meduxneag River. Built in 1911, it was among Maine’s youngest surviving covered bridges before its destruction. The roughly 150-foot bridge had two spans with Howe trusses, stone abutments, a central pier, and rubblestone bases reinforced with concrete and enclosed by timber cribwork. It appears to have been the first bridge at that crossing, and its construction sparked a legal dispute over approach costs that the town ultimately paid. Closed to vehicles after a modern replacement opened nearby in 1984, it later gained historic recognition before arson destroyed it in 2021.
