Thompson Falls State Park is a 36-acre public recreation area along the Clark Fork River about two miles northwest of Thompson Falls, Montana. Set in mature pine forest beside the water, it provides a compact and quiet setting for camping and day use. The park offers a boat launch, a children's fishing pond, a riverside trail, and 17 campsites spread through the trees. A group use area and picnicking facilities support both short visits and overnight stays, while birdwatching and nature walks take advantage of the wooded river corridor. It remains a local base for relaxed outdoor recreation along this stretch of the river.
