The Post Vietnam Era Memorial honors the men and women of Caroline County who served their country during the wars and conflicts after the Vietnam Era and remembers those who gave their lives in the line of duty: Michael N. "Chip" Manns, Jr., during Desert Shield in 1990, and Stacey Allen Mills, a Persian Gulf veteran, in 1992.
