They came from units in Arkansas, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, North Carolina, Texas, and Florida, and included L.M. Allen, Geo. F. Brallol, R.C. Clayton, Jas. R. Downs, John Evert, James Finley, A. Givens, W.R. Gray, Isaac M. Hales, W.G. Hapac, Joseph Haydel, G.D. Harris, James H. Hughes, W.A. Ledbetter, Henry Luke, Morris McLaughlin, W. Mason, A.C. Owen, James Payne, A. Penot, C.W. Rollins, Edmund C. Rykard, George Slipiwa, and William Spence.
