Around 1891 or 1892, William Ehrhardt built this home. His widow lived here until 1930. In 1960, one of the Borgmann brothers, a prominent businessman, purchased it. It is now occupied by Tammy Lawing of Lawrence Florists, whose residence is on the second level. The home is reminiscent of business owners in the 1800's and early 1900's.
