Pebble Creek is an alpine ski area on the northwestern slope of Bonneville Peak in southeastern Idaho, east of Pocatello near Inkom. It began in 1949 as Skyline with two rope tows and a warming hut, then expanded through new lifts, a chairlift in 1966, and a lodge in 1968. Renamed Pebble Creek in 1979, it continued to grow and now has three triple chairlifts serving about 1,100 acres. With a 2,200-foot vertical drop, terrain geared largely to advanced skiers, and average annual snowfall of about 250 inches, it is a notable regional resort recognized among top ski areas despite being less widely known than larger destinations.
