Jacob Plonk, a Patriot of the American Revolution, was buried here along with his wife, Christina Kiser Plonk; their son Joseph Plonk; his wife, Barbara Rudisill Plonk; and descendants of the Plonk, Hauss, Heafner, and Tutherow families, one of many early German-speaking immigrant families in Lincoln County.
