In memory of the 20,133 who served as United States Colored Troops in the Union Army, dedicated in 2003, with sculpture by Roy W. Butler, model work by William C. Radcliffe, and presentation by the African American Cultural Alliance, United Association for Black Veterans, and Creative Artists of Tennessee.
