East Hill is a mountain in Schoharie County, New York, southeast of Middleburgh. In the surrounding uplands, Dutton Ridge lies to its south-southeast and Windy Ridge to its northwest. It is one of the named elevations in this part of Schoharie County and is identified chiefly by its relationship to those nearby ridges and to the village of Middleburgh.
