Elmer B. "Boob" Crossman was honored for his untiring efforts through the Laurel Run Sportsman's Club in Dysart, Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Fish Commission, and for his achievement in having the headwaters of Clearfield Creek stocked with trout.
