First Corps marched from Gettysburg to Emmitsburg. Fifth Corps moved from Marsh Run to Moritz's Cross-Roads. Sixth Corps went from Fairfield to Emmitsburg, except the Third Brigade, Second Division, which together with the First Brigade, Second Cavalry Division, remained at Fairfield to pursue the enemy. Eleventh Corps marched from Rock Creek to Emmitsburg. The First Cavalry Division rode from Frederick to Williamsport and then back to Jones's Cross-Roads. The Third Cavalry Division and Second Brigade, Second Cavalry Division, moved from Boonsborough by way of Hagerstown and Williamsport to Jones's Cross-Roads. The First Brigade, Second Cavalry Division, went from Emmitsburg to Fairfield, and the Third Brigade, Second Cavalry Division, moved from Greenwood to Marion.
