The Queen Anne style Bulen House and Farmstead was built by Granville Moody Bulen in 1901 and is representative of Pickaway County's important agricultural heritage and architectural history in the early twentieth century. Granville and Anna Bulen resided at this farmhouse, which was previously known as the Lincoln Goodale Farm. The Bulens were leaders of the Lockbourne community in the early 1900s. The property has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
