Illinois River Forks State Park near Medford is an Oregon state park administered by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. Covering about 400 acres, it includes land between the forks of the Illinois River and additional acreage on the west side. The developed area, reached from Highway 199 south of Cave Junction, offers paved parking, lawns, picnic tables, outhouses, and a swimming hole popular in summer. On the west side, access from Westside Road leads to the West Side Trailhead and nearly seven miles of natural-surface single-track trails for hiking and horseback riding, with gravel parking, horse-rig access, a vault toilet, and a trail-map kiosk.
