Richard Petty was a seven-time NASCAR champion who achieved 200 wins and 127 career poles while racing in 1185 races over 35 seasons. He ran his final race on Nov. 15, 1992, at Atlanta Motor Speedway and was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2010.
