The charter for Reidsville, an act to incorporate the town of Reidsville in Rockingham County, was ratified by the North Carolina General Assembly on the twenty-second day of December in 1873. On the seventh day of January, 2023, Team Reidsville gathered to dedicate the Sesquicentennial Clock Tower and begin a year of celebratory events recognizing the history of the last 150 years, the opportunities of today, and hopes for the future of Reidsville.
