Built in 1887 by Miles A. Seed at College and Hord Avenues in Jennings, Missouri, this carriage house originally stood behind an elegant Queen Anne style home. Seed invented a process to create dry plates for photography and later sold the process to Eastman Kodak Company in 1902.
