Musconetcong Dam was completed in 1926 under the administration of a. Harry Moore, Governor, by the Morris Canal and Banking Company, Trustee for the State of New Jersey. Its board of directors included Albert W. Drake, president, William E. Florance, John L. Kuser, Howard F. McConnell, Bloomfield H. Minch, Henry L. Moeller, Walter E. Robb, Owen Winston, Henry B. Kummel as general manager, Cornelius C. Vermcule as consulting engineer, and the John W. Heller Company as contractor.
