Indian Grove is an archaeological site in Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve near Mosca, Colorado, consisting of a grove of 72 mature ponderosa pines and recognized on the National Register of Historic Places. Its significance lies in bark-peeling scars preserved on some trees from the early 19th century, probably made by Utes. The grove also includes the Indian Grove Back-Country Campsite, one of six along the Sand Ramp Trail, which follows the east and north edges of the dune field and offers access toward the park’s northern area along Sand Creek.
