Fisher Grove State Park is a public recreation area on the James River in South Dakota, about eight miles east of Redfield. It was named for Frank I. Fisher, regarded as the first permanent European settler in what became Spink County. The park is centered on outdoor recreation, offering activities such as camping, swimming, fishing, hiking, and canoeing. It is managed by the Fisher Grove Country Club, which also runs an adjacent ten-hole golf course, creating an unusual connection between a state park and a local golf facility.
