Gregg Knob is a mountain summit near Afton in West Virginia that rises to 3,150 feet, making it the 302nd highest summit in the state. The mountain takes its name from Elihu Gregg, an early settler in the area. Beyond its natural prominence, its northeastern face briefly served as a recreational site in the mid-20th century, when a ski slope with two tows operated there from 1955 to 1961.
