Old Wallville School is the oldest standing one-room schoolhouse for African American students in Calvert County. It offered education for grades 1-7 in the Wallville community and illustrates the segregated educational facilities of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It was moved in 2006 to its current site for preservation and reconstruction.
