Billy E. Gipson, a sergeant in the U.S. Army, Donald R. Ouellette, a lance corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps, and Lewis J. Newberry, a specialist four in the U.S. Army, gave their lives in service to their country during the Vietnam War.
