Rodriguez Canyon is a steep mountain canyon in the Cuyamaca Mountains of San Diego County, California. Its upper end lies at about 4,120 feet in elevation, and it descends to roughly 2,549 feet at its mouth. There, Rodriguez Canyon joins Oriflamme Canyon, and together the two canyons form the head of Vallecito Wash at the northwestern end of Mason Valley. This geography makes Rodriguez Canyon part of the watershed and terrain linking the higher Cuyamaca Mountains to the valley below.
