Francis W. Little House II was a Prairie School residence in Deephaven, Minnesota, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for Francis W. and Mary Little and built in 1912 on a Lake Minnetonka vacation property. As the second house Wright created for the couple, it reflected his mature Prairie style through a low, horizontal, two-story design with connected pavilions integrated with the landscape. It is significant both as a refined example of that style and as one of Wright’s last Prairie School designs before his work changed direction. After facing demolition in 1972, the house was dismantled, and its major interiors and architectural elements were preserved in museum collections.
