Built in 1890 by Leo Lesser, 1249 Main Street first opened as Drummer's Hotel and was later renamed Planter's Hotel. Below the hotel were The Bank of Tunica and the IGA Grocery, which later became the Kroger Store and then M & H Grocery. After the hotel closed, the building stood vacant until Jimmy Eubanks opened it for office space. It now houses 10 office suites, each restored with the original plaster walls and wood floors.
