Joe Burrow, the most decorated player in school history, became the first LSU quarterback to earn unanimous All-America honors in 2019. He was only the second player in LSU history to win the Heisman Trophy, and he also won five other national awards, including the Maxwell, Walter Camp, Davey O'Brien, Johnny Unitas and Manning Awards. As a record-setting quarterback, he led the Tigers to a 15-0 record and the 2019 National Championship while becoming the most prolific single-season passer in SEC history with 5,671 yards and 60 touchdowns.
