The Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad Station, a Historic Landmark designed by R. P. Forsberg, operated from 1897 to 1985, served as the Beaver County 911 Center from 1986 to 2010, and opened as the Beaver Station Cultural & Event Center in 2015 after historic rehabilitation by the Beaver Area Heritage Foundation.
